Can I order today for delivery today?
Yes. The standard windows (morning 09:00–12:00, midday 12:00–15:00, evening 15:00–18:00, night 18:00–21:00) need at least 3 hours' notice before the window opens. Express delivers within 90 minutes and can be ordered from 08:00 until 19:30.
Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?
Yes. We deliver every day, Saturday and Sunday included, in the same windows as weekdays. Pick the day on the calendar when you order, or book up to 60 days ahead.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within 10 km of our shop for every order, 90-minute express included. Further away, the fee depends on distance and is shown at checkout as soon as you pick the district and sub-district, before you confirm. We deliver within Bangkok only.
Where do you deliver?
Across Bangkok and the surrounding area — homes, condos, offices and hospitals. Put the building name and floor in the address; the driver calls the recipient before arriving.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 60 days ahead — you choose the date and window at checkout. Worth doing for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and graduation season, when windows fill fast.
What if the recipient is not there?
The driver calls the recipient number you entered first. If nobody answers, the flowers are left with the building's juristic office, reception or parcel desk and you are told right away. Details are on the delivery page.
How can I pay?
Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards, through 2C2P at checkout. Prices on the site include tax.
How fresh are the flowers?
Every pre-dawn we check every stem at the shop ourselves, and each arrangement is made on the day you order rather than pulled from a cooler. Our journal has a guide to keeping them longer in Bangkok heat.
Where is the shop and when is it open?
We have two shops: Rama IV: 3654 Rama IV Rd, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110 and Phra Khanong Nuea: 234 Soi Pridi Banomyong 16, Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, both open every day 10:00–21:00. Call +66 97 115 7324 or message us on LINE.
